Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
The original packaging should be kept where possible.
Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or personalised.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and your order details so that we can assist you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds
